Student Government will be hosting a fundraiser spaghetti dinner on Tuesday October 25th from 5 to 9pm at the Lower Deck on Lacewood Drive. Tickets are on sale in the caf for 10$. Don’t forget to bring your friends!

There are now donation jars in your D block classes as well as the main office in support of the Haiti crisis. Please bring in some change to help us help Haiti.

It’s that time of year again! It’s almost Halloween and that means pod decorating is upon us. Along with your A block classes, get out and get creative! Judging of the decorations will take place on Monday October 31st and the best pod will receive an ice cream party! Happy decorating everyone!

This Friday is going to be pyjama day! So don’t forget to wear your PJ’s or comfy clothes!

The Halifax West arts committee will be meeting today at lunch in room C144. If you want to get involved with arts at the west then come on down, all are welcome!

The girls volleyball won their 8th straight game defeating lockview in a tough 5 setter.  They were sparked by strong serving from Julia McIsaac and strong defending from Marya Khoury.

The Cross-Country team has a practice today after school.  If anyone cannot attend they need to see Mrs. Brennan at the end of the day to get permissions forms for Provincials.
